Rules
The following rules and regulations are for the protection and benefit of all members.
Parents are requested to caution their children to observe all rules and obey instructions from the pool manager and other employees. Members bringing guests are responsible for ensuring that their guests are familiar with the rules. It will be the duty of the pool manager and lifeguards to enforce these and other rules, as they deem necessary, for the safety of all members. See Discipline Policy at the end of this document.
The association assumes no responsibility for any accident or injury occurring on the property to any member or guest nor for the loss of damage of any property brought onto or left on the premises by any member or guest. All rules apply to the pool area and all Shady Acres grounds.
